Safe and ready admission from ED: The Pull Model

The model's design is that ward staff, once triggered, would present to the Emergency Department, receive a bed side clinical handover involving the primary emergency nurse and consumer and complete a safety ready admission checklist, ensuring all required documentation for a safe transfer of care is completed.

This is a change from the traditional emergency nurse escorting the patient to the ward.
